أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنِ الْفَزَارِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ فَاحِشٌ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ بِشْرٍ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Anas said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of us

Rapporté par Anas : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de “donner”, ni de “refuser”, ni de Shighar en Islam, et celui qui vole n’est pas des nôtres. »
