أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that the Messenger of Allah said:"There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of usRapporté par 'Imran bin Husain : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de “donner” ni de “refuser” ni de Shighar en Islam, et celui qui vole n’est pas des nôtres. »Grades given by scholars
