The Book of Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money

Hasan (bon)selon Al-Albani

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، وَذَكَرَ، كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ عَقْلُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَهُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Amr Bin Shu'aib, d'après son père, que son grand-père a dit : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : "Le prix du sang pour les Ahl Adh-Dhimmah est la moitié de celui des musulmans, et ce sont les juifs et les chrétiens
