The Book of Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّه��، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا " .
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d’après son père, que son grand-père a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « La compensation pour une femme (en cas de blessure) est la même que celle d’un homme, jusqu’au tiers de la Diyah (pour sa vie). »It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money of a woman (in the event of injury) is like the blood money of a man, up to one-third of the Diyah (for her life)Degrés donnés par les savants
