وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ ‏.‏ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de vendre des récoltes à l’avance pour deux ans. Dans la version rapportée par Ibn Abd Shaiba, il est dit : « La vente des fruits (sur l’arbre) à l’avance pour deux ans. »

Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) forbidding selling of (produce) in advance for two years, and in the narmtion of Ibu Abd Shaiba (the words are):" Selling of the fruits (on the tree) in advance for two years
