وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاَثًا ‏.‏

Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de vendre (ou de louer) des terres non cultivées pour deux ou trois ans
