Abou Bakr Ibn Hazm a rapporté que Omar Ibn abdul Aziz lui a dit: «Que disent les gens au sujet du divorce définitif»? Abou Bakr répondit: «Je lui ai dit que Aban Ibn Osman tenait en considération la première fois que le divorce est résolu».
