Sunan Abi Dawud, 4422

Jabir b. Samurah رضي الله عنه a dit : J’ai vu Ma’iz b. Malik lorsqu’il fut amené au Prophète ﷺ. C’était un homme petit et musclé. Il ne portait pas le vêtement ample. Il a reconnu quatre fois avoir commis la fornication. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Peut-être l’as-tu embrassée ? » Il répondit que cet homme, le plus méprisable, avait commis la fornication. Le Prophète ﷺ le fit alors lapider à mort et fit un discours en disant : « Attention, chaque fois que nous partons en expédition dans le sentier d’Allah, l’un d’eux (c’est-à-dire les gens) reste en arrière en bêlant comme un bouc, et donne un peu de son lait (c’est-à-dire son sperme) à l’une des femmes. Si Allah me permet d’en attraper un, je le dissuaderai (d’approcher les femmes) en le punissant sévèrement. »

Jabir b. Samurah said:I saw Ma’iz b. Malik when he was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He was a small and muscular man. He did not wear the loose outer garment. He made confession about him four times that he committed fornication. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Perhaps you kissed her. He said that this most discarded man has committed fornication. He said: So he had him stoned to death and gave an address, saying: Beware, whenever we go out on an expedition in the path of Allah, one of them (I.e. the people) lags behind with a bleating sound like that of a he-goat, and gives modicum of his milk(i.e. sperm) to one of the women. If Allah gives control over any of them, I shall deter him from them (i.e. women) by punishing him severely
