Sunan an-Nasa'i, 4310

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"A Bedouin brought a rabbit to the Messenger of Allah that he had grilled and placed it before him. The messenger of Allah refrained from eating but he told the people to eat. The Bedouin also refrained from eating, and the Messenger of Allah said to him: 'What is keeping you from eating?' He said: 'I fast three days of each month.' He Said: "If you are going to fast, then fast the bright days (Al-Ghurr)

Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Un Bédouin a apporté un lapin grillé au Messager d'Allah et l'a posé devant lui. Le Messager d'Allah n'en a pas mangé, mais il a dit aux gens d'en manger. Le Bédouin s'est aussi abstenu de manger, et le Messager d'Allah lui a dit : "Pourquoi ne manges-tu pas ?" Il a répondu : "Je jeûne trois jours chaque mois." Il a dit : "Si tu veux jeûner, alors jeûne les jours lumineux (Al-Ghurr)
