Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3326

It was narrated from 'Aishah that Judamah bint Wahb told her that the Messenger of Allah said:"I was thinking of forbidding Ghilah until I remembered that it is done by the Persians and Romans" -(one of the narrators) Ishaq said: "(They) do that -and it does not harm their children

Rapporté par 'Aishah : Judamah bint Wahb lui a raconté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « J’ai pensé interdire le ghilah jusqu’à ce que je me souvienne que les Perses et les Romains le pratiquent » – (un des rapporteurs, Ishaq, a dit : « Ils le font – et cela ne nuit pas à leurs enfants. »)
