Sahih al-Bukhari, 3682

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "In a dream I saw myself drawing water from a well with a bucket. Abu Bakr came and drew a bucket or two weakly. May Allah forgive him. Then `Umar bin Al-Khattab came and the bucket turned into a very large one in his hands. I had never seen such a mighty person as he in doing such hard work till all the people drank to their satisfaction and watered their camels that knelt down there

Rapporté par ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « En rêve, je me suis vu puiser de l’eau d’un puits avec un seau. Abu Bakr est venu et a tiré un ou deux seaux, faiblement. Qu’Allah lui pardonne. Puis ‘Umar ibn Al-Khattab est venu, et le seau est devenu très grand dans ses mains. Je n’ai jamais vu quelqu’un d’aussi fort que lui pour un travail aussi difficile, jusqu’à ce que tout le monde boive à sa soif et que leurs chameaux s’agenouillent là. »
