حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَمْىٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْىُ سَنَةٍ " .
‘Ubadah b. al-Samit reported the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) as sayings:Receive my teachings, receive my teachings. Allah has appointed a way for those women. If the parties have been married, they shall receive a hundred lashes and stoned to death. If the parties are unmarried, they shall receive a hundred lashes and banished for a yearRapporté par ‘Ubadah b. al-Samit رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Recevez mes enseignements, recevez mes enseignements. Allah a prévu une voie pour ces femmes. Si les deux personnes sont mariées, elles recevront cent coups de fouet et seront lapidées à mort. Si elles ne sont pas mariées, elles recevront cent coups de fouet et seront exilées pendant un an. »Grades given by scholars
