Sunan Abi Dawud, 4342

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: How will you do when that time will come? Or he said: A time will soon come when the people are sifted and only dregs of mankind survive and their covenants and guarantees have been impaired and they have disagreed among themselves and become thus, interwining his fingers. They asked: What do you order us to do, Messenger of Allah? He replied: Accept what you approve, abandon what you disapprove, attend to your own affairs and leave alone the affairs of the generality. Abu dawud said: A similar tradition has been transmitted by 'Abd Allah bin 'Amr from the Prophet (ﷺ) through different chain

Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Comment ferez-vous quand ce temps viendra ? » Ou il a dit : « Un temps viendra bientôt où les gens seront triés et il ne restera que les pires, leurs engagements et garanties seront rompus, ils seront divisés et deviendront ainsi, » et il a entrelacé ses doigts. Ils ont demandé : « Que nous ordonnes-tu de faire, ô Messager d’Allah ? » Il a répondu : « Acceptez ce que vous approuvez, rejetez ce que vous désapprouvez, occupez-vous de vos propres affaires et laissez celles des autres. » Abu Dawud a dit : Une tradition similaire a été rapportée par ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amr du Prophète ﷺ par une autre chaîne
