Sunan an-Nasa'i, 664

Rapporté par Mu'awiyah bin Hudaij : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a prié un jour et a fait le Taslim alors qu’il restait encore une unité à la prière. Un homme l’a rattrapé et lui a dit : « Tu as oublié une unité de prière ! » Alors il est revenu à la mosquée et a demandé à Bilal de faire l’Iqamah, puis il a dirigé les gens dans une unité de prière. J’ai raconté cela aux gens et ils m’ont dit : « Sais-tu qui était cet homme ? » J’ai répondu : « Non, sauf si je le vois. » Ensuite, il est passé devant moi et j’ai dit : « C’est lui. » Ils ont dit : « C’est Talha bin 'Ubaidullah. »

It was narrated that Mu'awiyah bin Hudaij that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) prayed one day and said the Taslim when there was still a Rak'ah left of the prayer. A man caught up with him and said:'You forgot a Rak'ah of the prayer!' So he came back into the Masjid and told Bilal to call the Iqamah for prayer, then he led the people in praying one Rak'ah. I told the people about that and they said to me: 'Do you know who that man was?' I said: 'No, not unless I see him.'. Then he passed by me and I said: 'This is he.' They said: 'This is Talha bin 'Ubaidullah
