Sunan an-Nasa'i, 5660

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "L'adultère n'est pas croyant au moment où il commet l'adultère, et le voleur n'est pas croyant au moment où il vole, et celui qui boit du vin n'est pas croyant au moment où il boit du vin, et le brigand n'est pas croyant au moment où il attaque et prend quelque chose de précieux par la force alors que les musulmans le voient

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:The Prophet [SAW] said: "The adulterer is not a believer at the moment when he is committing adultery, and the thief is not a believer at the moment when he is stealing, and the wine drinker is not a believer at the moment when he is drinking wine, and the robber is not a believer at the moment when he is robbing and taking something valuable by force while the Muslims are looking at it
