Da‘if (faible)« Daif Isnaad Maqtu » selon Al-Albani

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الطُّفَيْلِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ لاَ تَشْرَبُوا مِنَ الطِّلاَءِ حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ ثُلُثَاهُ وَيَبْقَى ثُلُثُهُ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Abdul-Malik bin At-Tufail Al-Jazari : « ‘Umar bin ‘Abdul-‘Aziz nous a écrit : “Ne buvez pas le jus de raisin épaissi (obtenu en le faisant bouillir) tant que les deux tiers ne se sont pas évaporés et qu’il n’en reste qu’un tiers. Et toute boisson enivrante est interdite.” »
