The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ضَعِيفٌ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Jabir : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « On ne coupe pas la main du traître. » (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) a dit : Ashath bin Sawwar (l'un des rapporteurs) est faible
