The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ لاَ يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ .
Rapporté par Ayman : La main d'un voleur ne doit pas être coupée pour moins que le prix d'un bouclierIt was narrated that Ayman said:"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)Degrés donnés par les savants
