The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Aishah : (Un des rapporteurs) Qutaibah a dit : "Il coupait la main du voleur pour un quart de dinar ou plus
