Sunan an-Nasa'i, 4882

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Safwan dormait dans la mosquée avec son Ridâ' sous lui, et il a été volé. Il s'est levé, l'homme était parti, mais il l'a rattrapé et l'a amené au Prophète, qui a ordonné qu'on lui coupe la main. Safwan a dit : "Ô Messager d'Allah, mon Ridâ' ne vaut pas qu'on coupe la main d'un homme." Le Prophète a dit : "Pourquoi ne l'as-tu pas dit avant de me l'amener ?
