أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْقِصَاصِ فِي السِّنِّ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Anas : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a jugé qu’il devait y avoir une rétorsion pour une dent. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : "Ce qu’Allah a décrété, c’est la rétorsion
