Sahih (authentique)« Sahih Hadith » selon Al-Albani

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ ضِرَابِ الْجَمَلِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَاءِ وَبَيْعِ الأَرْضِ لِلْحَرْثِ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ أَرْضَهُ وَمَاءَهُ فَعَنْ ذَلِكَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏

Rapporté par Jabir : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de demander des frais pour la saillie d’un chameau, la vente de l’eau, et la location de terres pour la culture. Vendre sa terre et son eau, c’est cela que le Prophète a interdit
