Sunan an-Nasa'i, 4664

Rapporté par Ibn Wa'lah Misri : Il a demandé à Ibn 'Abbas au sujet de ce qui est produit à partir du raisin. Ibn 'Abbas a dit : « Un homme a donné au Messager d’Allah ﷺ une outre pleine de vin, et le Prophète lui a dit : ‘Sais-tu qu’Allah l’a interdit ?’ Il a chuchoté quelque chose que je n’ai pas bien compris. J’ai demandé à la personne à côté de lui, et le Prophète lui a dit : ‘De quoi chuchotes-tu ?’ Il a répondu : ‘Je lui ai dit de le vendre.’ Le Prophète a dit : ‘Celui qui a interdit de le boire a aussi interdit de le vendre.’ Puis il a ouvert les récipients et en a vidé le contenu. »

It was narrated from Ibn Wa'lah Misri that he asked Ibn 'Abbas about what is produced from grapes. Ibn'Abbas said:"A man gave the Messenger of Allah a skin full of wine, and the Prophet said to him;' did you know that Allah has forbidden it?' He whispered something and I did not understand what he whispered as I wanted to. I asked a person who was beside him and the Prophet said to him; 'What are you whispering about?' He said: 'I told him to sell it.' The Prophet said: 'The One Who forbade drinking it also forbade selling it.' Then he opened the vessels and poured out their contents
