أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَبْتَاعَ أَوْ يَذَرَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Ne poussez pas quelqu’un à annuler une vente déjà conclue pour lui vendre vos propres biens, sauf s’il achète ou change d’avis. »
