أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ أُلْفِيَنَّكُمْ تَرْجِعُونَ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ لاَ يُؤْخَذُ الرَّجُلُ بِجَرِيرَةِ أَبِيهِ وَلاَ بِجَرِيرَةِ أَخِيهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ هَذَا الصَّوَابُ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Masruq : Le Messager d'Allah [SAW] a dit : "Je ne veux pas vous voir, après mon départ, redevenir mécréants en vous tuant les uns les autres. Aucun homme n'est puni pour la faute de son père ou de son frère." Ceci est correct
