أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ الأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏ إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Abu Bakrah : J'ai entendu le Messager d'Allah [SAW] dire : "Si deux musulmans s'affrontent avec leurs épées et que l'un tue l'autre, le tueur et le tué seront tous deux en Enfer." Ils dirent : "Ô Messager d'Allah, pour le tueur on comprend, mais pourquoi celui qui est tué ?" Il répondit : "Il voulait tuer son compagnon
