The Book of Fighting [The Prohibition of Bloodshed]
Sahih (authentique)« Sahih Isnaad » selon Al-Albani
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِحَمَّادٍ سَمِعْتُ مَنْصُورًا، وَسُلَيْمَانَ، وَزُبَيْدًا، يُحَدِّثُونَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ " . مَنْ تَتَّهِمُ أَتَتَّهِمُ مَنْصُورًا أَتَتَّهِمُ زُبَيْدًا أَتَتَّهِمُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ لاَ وَلَكِنِّي أَتَّهِمُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ .
Rapporté par Shu'bah : J'ai dit à Hammad : "J'ai entendu Mansur, Sulaiman et Zubaid rapporter d'Abu Wa'il, d'Abdullah, que le Messager d'Allah [SAW] a dit : 'Insulter un musulman est une mauvaise action et le combattre est un acte de mécréance.' - De qui t'inquiètes-tu ? De Mansur ? De Zubaid ? De Sulaiman ?" Il a répondu : "Non, mais je m'inquiète pour Abu Wa'ilIt was narrated from Shu'bah who said:"I said to Hammad: 'I heard Mansur, and Sulaiman, and Zubaid narrating from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Defaming a Muslim is evildoing and fighting him is Kufr." - Who are you worried about?
