أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ غَالِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلاَّ رَجُلٌ زَنَى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانِهِ أَوْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلاَمِهِ أَوِ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَّفَهُ زُهَيْرٌ ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Amr bin Ghalib : 'Aishah رضي الله عنها a dit : « Ne sais-tu pas que le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : Il n'est pas permis de verser le sang d'un musulman, sauf pour un homme qui a commis l'adultère après avoir été marié, ou celui qui est revenu à la mécréance après avoir été musulman, ou la loi du talion (une vie pour une vie). »
