Sunan an-Nasa'i, 4005

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "Le tué amènera son meurtrier le Jour de la Résurrection, le tenant par le front et la tête dans sa main, avec ses veines du cou coulant de sang, et dira : 'Ô Seigneur, il m'a tué,' jusqu'à ce qu'il s'approche du Trône." On a évoqué le repentir devant Ibn 'Abbas et il a récité ce verset : "Et quiconque tue un croyant intentionnellement, sa rétribution sera l'Enfer." Il a dit : "Ce verset n'a pas été abrogé depuis qu'il a été révélé ; il n'y a aucun moyen qu'il puisse se repentir

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:The Prophet [SAW] said: "The slain will bring his killer on the Day of Resurrection with his forelock and his head in his hand, and with his jugular veins flowing with blood, and will say: 'O Lord, he killed me,' until he draws near to the Throne." They mentioned repentance to Ibn 'Abbas and he recited this Verse: "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell" He said: "It has not been abrogated since it was revealed; there is no way he could repent
