أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، - وَهُوَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ - عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، رضى الله عنهما قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Imran bin Husain, رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : « Il n'y a pas de vœu pour accomplir un acte de désobéissance, et son expiation est la même que pour un serment. »
