Hasan (bon)« Hasan Sahih » selon Al-Albani

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَخْنَسِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَلْيَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Amr bin Shu'aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui fait un serment, puis voit quelque chose de meilleur, qu’il fasse ce qui est meilleur. »
