The Book of 'Umra

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Zaid bin Thabit : Le Prophète ﷺ a jugé que l'Umra (don à vie) revient à l'héritier
