Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3528

Rapporté par Al-Fari'ah bint Malik : Son mari est parti à la poursuite de certains esclaves et ils l’ont tué. Shu'bah et Ibn Juraij ont dit : « Elle habitait dans une maison isolée. Elle est venue avec ses frères voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et lui a expliqué la situation, et il lui a accordé une permission. Quand elle s’apprêtait à partir, il l’a rappelée et lui a dit : “Reste dans ta maison jusqu’à ce que le délai prescrit soit accompli.” »

It was narrated from Al-Fari'ah bint Malik that her husband went out to pursue some slaves and they killed him. Shu'bah and Ibn Juraij said:"She was in a remote house. She came with her brothers to the Messenger of Allah and told him (about the situation) and he granted her a concession. When she was leaving he called her back and said: 'Stay in your house until the term prescribed is fulfilled
