Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3489

Rapporté par Zaid bin Arqam : Alors que nous étions avec le Messager d’Allah, un homme est venu du Yémen et a commencé à lui raconter (un incident) alors que ‘Ali était encore au Yémen. Il a dit : "Ô Messager d’Allah, trois hommes ont été amenés à ‘Ali qui se disputaient au sujet d’un enfant, et ils avaient tous eu des rapports avec une femme pendant le même cycle menstruel." Et il a rapporté le même hadith

It was narrated that Zaid bin Arqam said:"While we were with the Messenger of Allah, a man came to him from Yemen and started telling him (about an incident) while 'Ali was still in Yemen. He said: 'O Messenger of Allah, three men were brought to 'Ali who were disputing about a child, and they all had intercourse with a woman during a single menstrual cycle.'" And he quoted the same Hadith
