أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ لاَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالأُمِّ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d'Allah a appliqué la procédure de li'an entre un homme et sa femme, il les a séparés et a attribué l’enfant à la mère
