Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3462

Rapporté par Yahya bin Sa'eed, d'après 'Amrah bint 'Abdur-Rahman, qui lui a raconté au sujet de Habibah bint Sahl : Elle était mariée à Thabit bin Qais bin Shammas. Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ est sorti pour la prière du matin et a trouvé Habibah bint Sahl devant sa porte à la fin de la nuit. Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : "Qui est là ?" Elle répondit : "Je suis Habibah bint Sahl, ô Messager d'Allah." Il demanda : "Qu'y a-t-il ?" Elle répondit : "Je ne peux pas vivre avec Thabit bin Qais" — son mari. Quand Thabit bin Qais arriva, le Messager d'Allah ﷺ lui dit : "Voici Habibah bint Sahl et elle a dit ce qu'Allah a voulu qu'elle dise." Habibah dit : "Ô Messager d'Allah, tout ce qu'il m'a donné est avec moi." Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ dit : "Prends-le d'elle." Il le prit donc, et elle retourna vivre avec sa famille

It was narrated from Yahya bin Sa'eed, from 'Amrah bint 'Abdur-Rahman, that she told him about Habibah bint Sahl:"She was married to Thabit bin Qais bin Shammas. The Messenger of Allah went out to pray As-Subh and he found Habibah bint Sahl at his door at the end of the night. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Who is this?' She said: 'I am Habibah bint Sahl, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'What is the matter?' She said: 'I cannot live with Thabit bin Qais' -her husband. When Thabit bin Qais came, the Messenger of Allah said to him: 'Here is Habibah bint Sahl and she has said what Allah willed she should say.' Habibah said: 'O Messenger of Allah, everything that he gave me is with me.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'Take it from her.' So he took it from her and she stayed with her family
