Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3399

Rapporté par Yunus bin Jubair : J’ai demandé à Ibn ‘Umar au sujet d’un homme qui divorce de sa femme alors qu’elle a ses règles. Il a dit : “Connais-tu ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar ? Il a divorcé de sa femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles, et ‘Umar a interrogé le Prophète à ce sujet, et il lui a dit de la reprendre, puis d’attendre le bon moment.” Je lui ai demandé : “Ce divorce a-t-il été compté ?” Il a répondu : “Tais-toi ! Que penses-tu si quelqu’un devient impuissant et agit de façon insensée ?”

It was narrated that Yunus bin Jubair said:"I asked Ibn 'Umar about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He said: 'Do you know 'Abdullah bin 'Umar?' He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, and 'Umar asked the Prophet about that, and he told him to take her back, then wait for the right time. I said to him: 'Was that divorce counted?' He said: 'Be quiet! What do you think if some becomes helpless and behaves foolishly?
