Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3356

Rapporté par ‘Abdullah : À propos d’un homme qui a épousé une femme, puis est décédé avant de consommer le mariage et sans fixer de dot : « Elle doit recevoir la dot, observer la ‘Iddah et elle peut hériter. » Ma’qil bin Sinan a dit : « J’ai entendu le Prophète ﷺ rendre le même jugement pour Birwa’ bint Washiq. »

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said, concerning a man who married a woman, then died before consummating the marriage with her, and without naming a dowry:"She should have the dowry, and she has to observe the 'Iddah, and she may inherit."
