Sunan an-Nasa'i, 306

Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Des Bédouins de la tribu d’‘Urainah sont venus voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et sont devenus musulmans, mais le climat de Médine ne leur convenait pas ; leur peau est devenue jaune et leur ventre a enflé. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) les a envoyés vers ses chamelles pleines et leur a dit de boire leur lait et leur urine jusqu’à ce qu’ils guérissent. Ensuite, ils ont tué le gardien des chameaux et ont emmené les bêtes. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a envoyé des gens à leur poursuite et ils ont été ramenés. Leurs mains et leurs pieds ont été coupés et leurs yeux brûlés avec des clous chauffés. It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that some Bedouins from 'Urainah came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and became Muslims, but the climate of Al-Madinah did not suit them; their skin turned yellow and their stomachs became swollen. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent them to some pregnant camels of his and told them to drink their milk and urine until they recovered. Then they killed the camel-herder and drove the camels away.
