Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2859

Rapporté par Nafi : Abdullah bin Abdullah et Salim bin Abdullah bin Umar étaient là quand l’armée assiégeait Ibn Az-Zubair avant sa mort. Ils ont dit : "Ce n’est pas grave si tu ne fais pas le Hajj cette année ; nous craignons d’être empêchés d’atteindre la Maison." Il a dit : "Nous sommes partis avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et les mécréants de Qouraïsh nous ont empêchés d’atteindre la Maison. Alors le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a sacrifié son offrande et s’est rasé la tête. Je vous demande de témoigner que j’ai l’intention d’accomplir la ‘Umrah. Si Allah le veut, je partirai et si je peux atteindre la Maison, je la tournerai, et si je suis empêché, je ferai comme le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a fait quand j’étais avec lui." Puis il a voyagé un moment, puis il a dit : "C’est la même chose. Je vous demande de témoigner que j’ai l’intention d’accomplir le Hajj ainsi que la ‘Umrah." Et il n’est pas sorti de l’état d’Ihram pour l’un ou l’autre jusqu’au jour du sacrifice, où il a offert son offrande

It was narrated from Nafi that:Abdulla bin Abdullah and salim bin Abdullah bin Umar when the army besiged Ibn Az-Zubair before he was killed. They said: "It does not matter if you do not perform Hajj this year; we are afraid lest we are prevented from reaching the House." He Sadi: we went out with the Messenger of Allah and the disbelievers of the Quraish prevented us from reaching the House. So the Messenger of Allah slaughtered his Hadi and shave his head. I ask you to bear witness that I have resolved to peform Umrah. If Allah wills I will set out and if I am allowed to reach the House I will circumambulate it, and if I am prevented from reaching the House I will do what the Messenger of Allah did when I was with him." Then he traveled for a while, then he said: "They are both the same. I ask you to bear witness that I have resolved to perform Hajj as well as Umrah. And he did not exit Ihram for either until he exited Ihram on the Day of Sacrifice and offered his Hadi
