Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2409

Rapporté par Abu Dharr : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Celui qui jeûne trois jours chaque mois, c’est comme s’il avait jeûné toute sa vie. » Puis il a dit : Allah a dit la vérité dans Son Livre : « Celui qui fait une bonne action aura dix fois sa récompense. »

It was narrated that Abu Dharr said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever fasts for three days of each month, he has fasted for a whole lifetime.' Then he said: Allah has spoken the truth in His book: Whoever brings a good deed shall have ten times the like thereof to his credit
