Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2400

Rapporté par 'Abdullah bin 'Amr : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ m'a dit : "Lis le Coran en un mois." J'ai dit : "Je peux faire plus." Et j'ai continué à demander jusqu'à ce qu'il dise : "En cinq jours." Et il a dit : "Jeûne trois jours par mois." J'ai dit : "Je peux faire plus." Et il a dit : "Pratique le jeûne le plus aimé d'Allah, le Puissant et Sublime, le jeûne un jour et pas le suivant." (Sahih)

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:"The Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Read the Qur'an in a month.' I said: 'I am able to do more than that. ' And I kept asking him until he said: 'In five days.' And he said: 'Fast three days a month.' I said: 'I am able to do more than that.' And 'Observe thhe most beloved of fasting to Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, the fast one day and not the next." (Suahih)
