أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَىِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ، قَالَ : ثَلاَثُ سَاعَاتٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْهَانَا أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فِيهِنَّ، أَوْ نَقْبُرَ فِيهِنَّ مَوْتَانَا : حِينَ تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ بَازِغَةً حَتَّى تَرْتَفِعَ، وَحِينَ يَقُومُ قَائِمُ الظَّهِيرَةِ حَتَّى تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُ، وَحِينَ تَضَيَّفُ الشَّمْسُ لِلْغُرُوبِ .
Rapporté par Uqbah bin 'Amir Al-Juhani : Il y a trois moments où le Messager d'Allah nous a interdit de prier ou d'enterrer nos morts : quand le soleil est complètement levé jusqu'à ce qu'il soit plus haut, quand il atteint son zénith jusqu'à ce qu'il commence à redescendre, et quand le soleil commence à se coucher. (Sahih)Uqbah bin 'Amir Al-Juhani said:"There are three times at which the Messenger of Allah forbade us to pray or to bury our dead: When the sun has risen fully until it is higher, when it reaches its zenith until it has passed the zenith, and when the sun starts to set" (Sahib)Degrés donnés par les savants
