Sunan an-Nasa'i, 1921

Rapporté par ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila : Sahl bin Hunaif et Qais bin Sa’d bin ‘Ubadah étaient à Al-Qadisiyyah lorsqu’un cortège funéraire est passé devant eux, alors ils se sont levés et on leur a dit : "C’est quelqu’un du pays." Ils ont répondu : "Un cortège est passé devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et il s’est levé, et on lui a dit : C’est un Juif. Il a dit : 'N’est-ce pas une âme ?

It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila said:"Sahl bin Hunaif and Qais bin Sa'd bin 'Ubadah were in Al-Qadisiyyah when a funeral passed by them, so they stood up and it was said to them: 'It is one of the local people.' They said: 'A funeral passed the Messenger of Allah and he stood up, and it was said to him: It Is a Jew. He said: 'Is it not a soul?
