Sunan an-Nasa'i, 1519

Rapporté par Ibn Shihab : 'Abbad bin Tamim m’a dit qu’il avait entendu son oncle paternel, qui était l’un des compagnons du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), dire : « Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) est sorti un jour pour prier pour la pluie. Il a tourné le dos aux gens, priant Allah (SWT), puis il s’est tourné vers la Qibla. Il a retourné son rida’, puis il a prié deux rak‘as. » (Un des rapporteurs) Ibn Abi Dhi’b a dit dans le hadith : « Et il a récité dans les deux. »

It was narrated that Ibn Shihab said:"Abbad bin Tamim told me that he heard his paternal uncle, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out one day to pray for rain. He turned his back toward the people, praying to Allah (SWT), and he turned to face the Qiblah. He turned his rida' around, then he prayed two rak'ahs."
