Sunan an-Nasa'i, 1500

Rapporté par Aishah : Il y a eu une éclipse du soleil à l’époque du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). Il s’est levé et a prié, restant debout très longtemps, puis il s’est incliné très longtemps. Ensuite, il s’est relevé et est resté debout très longtemps, mais moins longtemps que la première fois. Ensuite, il s’est incliné très longtemps, mais moins longtemps que la première fois. Ensuite, il s’est prosterné, puis il a relevé la tête et s’est relevé pour une longue période, mais moins longtemps que la première fois. Ensuite, il s’est relevé et est resté debout longtemps, mais moins longtemps que la première fois. Ensuite, il s’est prosterné, et quand il a terminé la prière, l’éclipse était terminée. Il a parlé aux gens, a loué et glorifié Allah, puis il a dit : "Le soleil et la lune ne s’éclipsent pas à cause de la mort ou de la naissance de quelqu’un. Si vous voyez cela, alors priez, donnez en aumône et rappelez-vous d’Allah, le Puissant et Majestueux." Et il a dit : "Ô communauté de Muhammad ! Il n’y a personne de plus jaloux qu’Allah (SWT) quand Son serviteur ou Sa servante commet la fornication. Ô communauté de Muhammad, si vous saviez ce que je sais, vous ririez peu et pleureriez beaucoup

It was narrated that Aishah said:"There was an eclipse of the sun during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He stood and prayed, standing for a very long time, then he bowed for a very long time. Then he stood up and (remained standing) for a very long time, but shorter than the first time. Then he bowed for a very long time, but shorter than the first time. Then he prostrated, then he raised his head and stood for a long time, but it was shorter than the first time. The he stood up and (remained standing) for a long time, but it was shorter than the first time. Then he prostrated, and when he finished his prayer, the eclipse had ended. He addressed the people and praised and glorified Allah, then he said: 'The sun and the moon do not become eclipsed for the death or birth of anyone. If you see that then pray, give in charity, and remember Allah, the Mighty and Sublime.' And he said: 'O Ummah of Muhammad! There is no one who is more jealous than Allah (SWT) when His male or female slave commits Zina. O Ummah of Muhammad, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much
