Sunan an-Nasa'i, 140

Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d'après son père, d'après son grand-père : Un bédouin est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) pour lui demander comment faire les ablutions. Il lui a montré comment faire, en lavant chaque partie trois fois, puis il a dit : "Voici comment on fait les ablutions. Celui qui fait plus que cela a mal agi, a exagéré et a commis une erreur

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"A Bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) to ask him about Wudu', so he showed him how to perform Wudu', washing each part three times, then he said: 'This is Wudu'.
