The Book of Menstruation
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ذَرًّا، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى، قَالَ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَتَى عُمَرَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَجْنَبْتُ فَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَاءً . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ وَزَادَ فِيهِ قَالَ عَمَّارٌ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنْ شِئْتَ لِمَا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَىَّ مِنْ حَقِّكَ لاَ أُحَدِّثُ بِهِ أَحَدًا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ حَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ عَنْ ذَرٍّ .
Rapporté par Abd al-Rahman ibn Abza رضي الله عنه d’après son père : Un homme est venu voir Omar رضي الله عنه et a dit : « J’ai eu une souillure majeure mais je n’ai pas trouvé d’eau. » Le reste du hadith est identique, avec ce détail en plus : ‘Amr رضي الله عنه a dit : « Ô Commandeur des croyants, par le droit qu’Allah t’a donné sur moi, si tu le désires, je ne raconterai ce hadith à personne. »Abd al-Rahman b. Abza mnated it on the authority of his father that a man came to Umar and said:I have had a seminal emission but I found no water, and the rest of the hadith is the same but with this addition: 'Amr said: 0 Commander of the Faithful, because of the right given to you by Allah over me, if you desire, I would not narrate this hadith to anyoneDegrés donnés par les savants
