The Book of Tribulations and Portents of the Last Hour

حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ مَا سَأَلَ أَحَدٌ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ قَالَ " وَمَا سُؤَالُكَ " . قَالَ قُلْتُ إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَعَهُ جِبَالٌ مِنْ خُبْزٍ وَلَحْمٍ وَنَهَرٌ مِنْ مَاءٍ . قَالَ " هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ " .
Rapporté par Mughira ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه : Personne n’a interrogé le Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet du Dajjal plus que moi. (Un des rapporteurs, autre que Mughira, a demandé : « Qu’as-tu demandé ? ») Mughira a répondu : « J’ai dit que les gens prétendaient qu’il aurait des montagnes de pain et de moutons, et des rivières d’eau. » Il a répondu : « Il sera encore plus insignifiant aux yeux d’Allah malgré tout cela. »Mughira b. Shu'ba reported that none asked Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) about Dajjal more than I asked him. I (one of the narrators other than Mughira b. Shu'ba) said:What did you ask? Mughira replied: I said that the people alleged that he would have a mountain load of bread and mutton and rivers of water. Thereupon he said: He would be more insignificant in the eye of Allah compared with all thisDegrés donnés par les savants
