Sahih Muslim, 6074

Rapporté par Ibn Sirin : « J’ai demandé à Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه si le Messager d’Allah ﷺ se teignait les cheveux. Il a dit : “Il n’avait pas atteint l’âge où il aurait eu besoin de se teindre les cheveux. Il avait quelques cheveux blancs dans sa barbe.” J’ai demandé : “Est-ce qu’Abu Bakr se teignait les cheveux ?” Il a répondu : “Oui, avec du henné.” »

Ibn Sirin reported:I asked Anas b. Malik whether Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) dyed his hair. He said: He had not reached the stage when (he needed) dyeing (of his white hair). He had a few white hair in his beard. I said to him: Did Abu Bakr dye his hair? He said: Yes, with hina' (henna)
